Contracts Manger - Golborne Office Warrington – with National Travel

We are now looking for a dynamic and commercially focused Contracts Manager to join our growing Compliance division.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced operational leader who can drive technical excellence, deliver outstanding customer service, and contribute to our strategic ambition of being the market-leading facilities management compliance business in the UK, Working closely with internal stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Finance, Compliance and Engineering, you will ensure the delivery of a consistently high-quality customer experience while achieving business objectives.

The Contracts Manager role at phs Compliance will involve

  • Hold full profit and loss responsibility for allocated contracts and accounts.
  • Ensure all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.
  • Attend and actively contribute to WIP and billing meetings.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for account growth and additional revenue streams.
  • Monitor contract performance against financial and operational targets.
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance across electrical compliance contracts.
  • Ensure inspection, testing, certification, and remedial works meet required standards.
  • Support operational teams in resolving complex technical challenges.
  • The ideal candidate for a Contracts Manager at phs Compliance will have:
  • Fully qualified Electrician through a recognised apprenticeship to Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Current BS 7671 Wiring Regulations qualification (18th Edition), Level 3 qualification in Inspection, Testing and Initial Verification (City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent).
  • Ability to apply strategic thinking and commercial judgement to drive operational success.
  • Proven experience influencing, engaging, and negotiating with senior-level customers.
  • Sound knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, compliance requirements, and best practice.
  • Strong understanding of pricing, cost modelling, and financial performance analysis.
  • Able to interpret, challenge, and validate data to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
