Greenleaf is growing, and we're looking for two experienced Senior Horticultural Technicians to join our team in Laleham. We have opportunities available within both our

Interior and

Exterior teams, offering a varied and rewarding role for passionate horticultural professionals who take pride in creating and maintaining exceptional plant displays.

Whether your expertise lies in indoor planting schemes or external landscaping and seasonal displays, you'll play an important role in delivering outstanding service to our customers whilst maintaining the high standards synonymous with PHS Greenleaf.

The Senior Horticultural Technician role at Greenleaf will involve

  • Delivering exceptional plant care including watering, feeding, pruning, pest control and plant health management.
  • Planning and carrying out plant installations, replacements and seasonal display changes.
  • Conducting stock checks, managing stock levels and implementing effective stock rotation processes.
  • Building strong customer relationships through outstanding service delivery and professional site management.
  • Accurately recording site visits, maintenance activities and customer requests using Salesforce and other business systems.
  • Leading installation projects whilst ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and helping maintain Greenleaf's industry-leading standards.

The ideal candidates will have

  • Maintaining and enhancing interior plant displays across customer premises.
  • Supporting greenhouse operations, stock care and operational planning.
  • Working closely with the Head of Interior to ensure service excellence and stock availability.
  • Maintaining exterior planting schemes and seasonal displays across customer sites.
  • Completing site surveys and leading larger exterior installation projects.
  • Supporting route optimisation and managing outdoor planting activities throughout the year.

Desirable

  • RHS Level 2 qualification or equivalent horticultural qualification.
  • Experience leading installations, project work or stock management activities.
  • Knowledge of horticultural products, equipment and industry best practice.
