We're looking for an ambitious Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team here at Direct365. It's a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both inbound and outbound sales activity and wants to play a key role in driving business growth. You'll engage with key decision-makers across a diverse range of SME customers, converting enquiries into sales, identifying cross-sell opportunities and developing long-term customer relationships. The Sales Advisor role at Direct365 will involve:
- Handle inbound calls, emails and web enquiries from prospective and existing customers.
- Proactively make outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Build rapport quickly with decision-makers and understand their business needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing the sale.
- Identify and maximise cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up on all prospects in a timely manner.
- Accurately record customer interactions and opportunities within the CRM system.
- Work towards and achieve sales, conversion and activity targets.
- Complete required documentation and compliance processes.
- Contribute positively to a supportive, high-performing team environment.
The ideal candidate for a Sales Advisor at Direct365 will have:
- Proven Telesales or contact centre sales experience.
- A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
- A professional and engaging telephone manner.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, resilient and positive attitude.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, customer-focused and relationship-oriented.
- Commercially minded with a passion for sales.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
- A team player who enjoys contributing to collective success.

- A good salary of Β£26,000 plus OTE Β£32,000 in a permanent full-time position.
