Are you a skilled Technical Installer looking for a stable, long-term role in a growing business? Do you enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, delivering great service to customers? We are looking for a Technical Installer to join our team in the West Bromwich area. You will play a key role in installing and maintaining our washroom and water management products while delivering excellent customer service and upholding our company values.

The Technical Installer role at phs will involve:

  • Installing, maintaining and repairing water management systems, flow savers and water-saving devices
  • Delivering high standards of customer service on-site
  • Managing your own stock and equipment effectively
  • Working independently and as part of a wider team
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company and legal standards

The ideal candidate for a Technical Installer at phs will have:

  • Plumbing experience or related technical background
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Experience using power tools
  • Basic computer literacy for job updates and reporting
  • A strong commitment to safety and compliance
  • A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
  • No more than 6 penalty points and no IN or DD endorsements within the last 5 years

Desirable:

  • Experience working with water systems or drainage
  • Previous field-based or installation experience
