We are looking for a Technical Installer to join our team in the West Bromwich area. You will play a key role in installing and maintaining our washroom and water management products while delivering excellent customer service and upholding our company values.
The Technical Installer role at phs will involve:
- Installing, maintaining and repairing water management systems, flow savers and water-saving devices
- Delivering high standards of customer service on-site
- Managing your own stock and equipment effectively
- Working independently and as part of a wider team
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company and legal standards
The ideal candidate for a Technical Installer at phs will have:
- Plumbing experience or related technical background
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Experience using power tools
- Basic computer literacy for job updates and reporting
- A strong commitment to safety and compliance
- A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
- No more than 6 penalty points and no IN or DD endorsements within the last 5 years
Desirable:
- Experience working with water systems or drainage
- Previous field-based or installation experience
