About The Role National Business Development Manager (NBDM) phs Besafe | North (M62 Corridor) | Reporting to Sales Director Drive Growth.
Win Major Contracts. phs Besafe is looking for an ambitious and commercially focused National Business Development Manager to lead new business growth across key sectors including Rail, Transport, Utilities, Automotive, Petrochemical, Aggregates, and Emergency Services.
This is a true hunter role, focused on securing high-value contracts worth £50,000+ per annum.
You'll build relationships with senior decision-makers, develop tailored PPE and workwear solutions, and convert opportunities into long-term, profitable partnerships.
Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and secure new national accounts and major contracts.
Build and manage a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market mapping.
Present Besafe's technical workwear, PPE, and garment laundering solutions to prospective customers.
Support tender submissions and negotiate commercial agreements.
Ensure all opportunities, quotes, and customer activity are accurately maintained in Salesforce.
Work closely with Operations, Depot Managers, Customer Support, and Warehouse teams to ensure contracts are operationally deliverable.
