About The Role

Location: Home-Based with National Travel

We are seeking an exceptional Head of FM Key Accounts to lead and develop a portfolio of high-value strategic customers within our Hygiene Commercial division. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving growth, retention, and profitability across key market sectors while leading a high-performing team of account management professionals. You will build trusted partnerships with customers, develop innovative growth strategies, and ensure an outstanding customer experience that delivers long-term value for both our customers and the business.

As a strategic leader, you will work collaboratively across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service functions to create a joined-up approach that supports sustainable growth and strengthens our position within the market.

The Head of FM Key Accounts role at phs will involve:

  • Leading and developing a team of FM Key and Senior Account Managers to deliver outstanding results.
  • Growing, retaining, and maximising revenue across a portfolio of strategic FM customer accounts.
