Join our team as a Mobile Cleaning Technician! PHS Interclean is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Mobile Cleaning Technician. As a key member of our cleaning division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our customers across the country.
About the Role:
As a Mobile Cleaning Technician, you will work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality cleaning services to our customers' carpets and hard floors. You will travel to various locations throughout the country, staying away from home when necessary (food and accommodation provided). Shift patterns vary but generally involve the working day starting in the afternoon as customers prefer carpets being cleaned out of office hours. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working on their own initiative, has good communication skills, and is willing to travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional cleaning services to our customers using a range of equipment including rotary buffers, scrubbers, extraction equipment, and sprayers.
- Work as part of a team and also alone when required.
- Follow established work processes and job specifications to ensure high-quality results.
- Maintain accurate records and complete all necessary documentation.
- Meet the physical demands of the role, which includes heavy lifting.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and procedures.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should reside in the following postcode areas MK, HP, NN, LU, or SG.
- Minimum age 21 with a full driving licence held for at least 12 months.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends (40 hours over 5 days out of 7).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Complete all appropriate documentation accurately.
