Reporting to: Healthcare Sales Manager
Working within the Healthcare division providing office-based sales support to customers in the Healthcare sector - dealing with sales enquiries and opportunities for the designated portfolio of customers. Consistently meeting personal objectives and delivering individual and team periodic / quarterly / yearly sales targets.
What you'll be doing as an Internal Account Manager:
- Dealing with Sales Enquiries
- Ensure all customer enquiries are responded to within agreed timescales.
- Illustrate and quote customer requests.
- Recording and processing enquiries within the business sales portal.
- Coordinate, progress and communicate installation with customers where relevant.
- Conduct outbound sales and information gathering project calls as required and as directed by the Healthcare Sales Manager.
- Execute telesales campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into sales.
- Achieve individual and team telesales targets by proactively making outbound calls.
- Collate all relevant detail and documents to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate database of business generated and corresponding business movements.
- Record the results of any outbound sales call project accurately in the required format.
- Reporting to the Healthcare Sales Manager.
- Direct interaction with Customers via e-mail, Teams and phone.
- Direct interaction with other Healthcare team colleagues e.g., Healthcare Account Managers and Key Account Managers.
What you will have:
- IT Skills: Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM - Salesforce
- Experience of selling in a Business to Customer / Business to Business
- Organisation & Prioritisation: time management prioritising workload in a pressurised environment
- Knowledge of the Healthcare Sector desirable
- Sales Focus: ability to identify, confidently explore and close on selling opportunities
- A security check or be willing to get one
