You act as the key link between Service Drivers and the Operations & Service Manager. Coordinating service routes planning, adjusting, and monitoring routes to ensure smooth delivery and strong customer service.
Briefing and debriefing drivers, preparing data, giving clear instructions, and reviewing completed routes. Handling calls from drivers, clients, and Head Office regarding service issues or updates. Acting as the communication link between Service Drivers and the Operations & Service Manager.
Identifying improvements and sharing ideas with the Operations Centre Manager. Monitoring service progress and resolving issues creatively to deliver the best customer experience. Excellent customer relationship management skills. Understanding of Health & Safety compliance.
