Position: Syncros Entrance Matting Installer
About the role
We are seeking experienced Floor layers to join our busy team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing various flooring products, PVC systems, sheet materials and to include subfloor preparation with various screed and latex products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut and install a wide range of entrance matting materials to specific requirements.
  • Removal of existing floorings and disposal efficiently and responsibly.
  • Prepare subfloors by cleaning, levelling, and smoothing surfaces to ensure a quality finish.
  • Ensure installations are carried out to customers specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Skills and Requirements
  • Certifications: CSCS card with a skilled worker (blue card) in Entrance matting and matwellframing being an advantage.
  • Driving: A full valid UK clean driving licence, held for a minimum of 12 months for insurance purposes.
  • Experience: Entrance matting installer or multi skilled floor layer who is familiar with entrance matting products and subfloor preparation.
  • Technical Skills: Experienced in a multitude of hand and power tools to include but not limited to Jigsaw, Plunge saw, grinders and drills.
  • Detail Orientated: A keen eye and high standards for finishing details.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve challenges during installations.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility: The ability to have a flexible approach to work as this role involves a variety of days, nights and some stay away requirements.
