As we continue to expand, we're looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Business Development Executive to grow existing SME accounts and win new business across your territory.

The role of a Business Development Executive at Countrywide Healthcare:

  • Manage and develop an existing portfolio of SME and independent customers.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to identify growth opportunities and improve customer retention.
  • Increase customer spend through cross-selling and upselling across our full product range.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and referrals.
  • Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
  • Create tailored proposals and solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and secure profitable new business.
  • Develop and execute an effective territory plan focused on revenue and margin growth.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and activity reports.
  • Support marketing campaigns, supplier initiatives and product promotions.
