We want an organised, creative, experienced individual to join our friendly, successful Marketing team at phs Group at our Head Office in Caerphilly.
Your role as Marketing Executive at phs Group will involve:
- Campaign Development & Execution: Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, including content creation, copywriting, and digital activity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with divisional managers to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Manage external agencies to ensure effective campaign delivery.
- Market Analysis & Audience Targeting: Identify target sectors and work with internal teams to define and segment audiences.
- Content & Asset Management: Maintain a library of marketing assets, including images, testimonials, and campaign materials.
- Social Media Management: Manage content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook, ensuring brand and campaign alignment.
- Event Planning: Coordinate conference and exhibition activity to increase brand visibility.
- Website & Digital Alignment: Work with the Digital Marketing team to ensure website content supports marketing strategy.
- Budget Management: Deliver campaigns within budget, managing purchase orders and invoices as required.
The ideal candidate for a Marketing Executive at phs Group:
- Marketing Experience: Proven marketing experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organisation & Communication: Strong organisational skills with confidence presenting to management and collaborating across teams.
- Proactive & Self-Motivated: Able to manage multiple priorities independently and effectively.
- Qualifications: Marketing degree or CIM qualification preferred (not essential).
- Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Social Media & Content: Experience managing organic social media campaigns (Hootsuite desirable).
- CMS Experience: Knowledge of content management systems beneficial; training provided.
