phs Wastekit , we're looking for a skilled and motivated
Field Service Engineer
to service, maintain and repair our recycling equipment across customer sites. Working both reactively and on planned maintenance schedules, you'll play a key role in helping our customers keep their operations running efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing
Servicing and maintaining balers, compactors and recycling equipment. Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults. Planning and managing your daily workload effectively. Working closely with service controllers and supervisors to deliver excellent customer service. Meeting service level agreements and performance targets. Taking ownership of engineering issues through to resolution. Occasional travel outside your region, including overnight stays when required. What We're Looking For
Full UK driving licence. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics. Sound knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems. Experience using electrical and hydraulic testing equipment. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving. What's in it for You?
