A day in the life of a Biomedical Field Calibration Engineer at phs will involve:

  • Working in multiple Medical environments daily.
  • Carrying out the required Test and calibration on Medical devices.
  • Completing all relevant reports and certification associated with your inspection & testing.
  • Ensuring all reports and certification are completed and submitted on time.

The ideal candidate for a Biomedical Field Calibration Engineer at phs will have:

  • Full UK manual Driving License for a minimum of 12 months (Subject to insurance requirements), with a maximum of 6 points.
  • An understanding of Health and Safety Regulations within the workplace.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to test and calibrate equipment and to provide a service that exceeds customer expectations.
  • A fully enhanced DBS check will be completed at offer stage.
  • Be confident to explain to the customer any necessary amendments and adjustments that have been made to the equipment.
