As a Customer Lifecycle Account Manager, you will take ownership of the complete customer journey, from onboarding new clients through to developing long-term partnerships that drive customer retention, loyalty, and revenue growth.
You'll be a trusted advisor to our customers, ensuring they receive outstanding service while identifying opportunities to expand and strengthen our relationships.

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Deliver against call quality standards and key business KPIs.
- Relationship Management
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Maintain regular customer contact through effective diary management.
- Monitor customer engagement and proactively address concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Lapsed Customer Recovery
- Reconnect with previous customers and win back lost business.
- Understand customer attrition and present tailored solutions.
- Convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- CRM & Performance Management
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
- Effectively manage pipelines, forecasts, and opportunities.
- Consistently achieve KPI, quality, and service targets.
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Leadership teams.
- Refer opportunities to field sales colleagues where appropriate.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve customer onboarding and sales processes.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in telesales, account management, customer retention, or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales, retention, and revenue targets.

- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce (SFDC).
- Ability to identify customer needs and convert opportunities into business growth.
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and time management skills.
