Position: Telesales Account Manager

Location: Tamworth

Salary: £26,000.00 base with OTE £40,450.00 and uncapped commission.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm; no evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Call existing business customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and grow service usage.
  • Listen to and address queries or cancellations, asking questions to offer appropriate solutions.
  • Act as an industry expert, selling products consultatively.
  • Manage accounts through inbound calls, emails, and CRM updates.
  • Achieve and work toward set targets and KPIs (daily, weekly, periodic).

Qualifications:

  • Experience in telesales, preferably with contractual services.
  • Strong rapport‑building, listening, and customer‑needs identification skills.
  • Organised and able to close sales efficiently.
  • Reliability, honesty, and a positive can‑do attitude.
