Position: Telesales Account Manager
Location: Tamworth
Salary: £26,000.00 base with OTE £40,450.00 and uncapped commission.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm; no evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities:
- Call existing business customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and grow service usage.
- Listen to and address queries or cancellations, asking questions to offer appropriate solutions.
- Act as an industry expert, selling products consultatively.
- Manage accounts through inbound calls, emails, and CRM updates.
- Achieve and work toward set targets and KPIs (daily, weekly, periodic).
Qualifications:
- Experience in telesales, preferably with contractual services.
