We’re looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team here at Direct365. It’s a wonderful opportunity to join a friendly, engaging team in an established, successful company, doing a role that you love.

The ideal candidate for a Purchase Ledger Clerk (Accounts Payable) will have great purchase ledger experience, focus and motivation to deal with high volumes of invoices. Responsibilities include:
- Checking, matching, and processing purchase orders
- Reconciling delivery notes and supplier statements
- Managing complex queries and creating new accounts
- Liaising with auditors
Attention to detail, organisation, good multi-tasking skills, interpersonal skills, a positive mindset, and experience with Excel, SAGE and BACS are essential.
Other tasks include:
- Looking after our accounts payable processes and ensuring our ledgers are up to date
- Checking and coding high volumes of purchase orders
- Matching purchase orders and reconciling delivery notes to invoices
- Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts
In return for your commitment and expertise at Direct365:
