As an Operations Administrator, you play a key part in the success of phs. Working behind the scenes, your skills help keep our Operations Centre running smoothly. This diverse role involves coordinating service routes, briefing and debriefing drivers to improve delivery and customer service, and acting as a link between Service Drivers and the Operations & Service Manager.

A day in the life of an Administrator at phs will involve:

  • Coordinating service routes and briefing/debriefing drivers to enhance delivery and customer service within the Operations Centre.
  • Answering calls from service drivers, clients, and Head Office regarding site service.
  • Serving as a link between Service Drivers and the Operations & Service Manager.
  • Ensuring work is distributed to employees, completed according to KPIs, and processed accurately within set timeframes.
  • Preparing data and conducting briefing and debrief sessions for service drivers.
  • Processing completed routes and attendance in real time, suggesting improvements to workflows to the Operations Centre Manager.
  • Monitoring service and delivery progress, resolving issues, and aiming to provide the best overall service to customers.
