Inbound Sales Advisor in Skelmersdale with a salary of £25,200 and an OTE of £36,000. This is a full-time position with guaranteed hours in sales, customer service, and more.

We are looking for someone who enjoys a friendly sales environment and seeks job satisfaction in a collaborative sales team. You will be part of Direct365's Safety team, focusing on our compliance services and building relationships with our large, loyal customer base.

The ideal candidate must have:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving inbound sales enquiries via CRM, telephone, live chat, and email
  • Proactively selling and upselling products and services
  • Maximising conversion of sales prospects
  • Closing sales by matching products to customer needs
  • Achieving personal and business KPI targets
  • Following up leads promptly and accurately
  • Dealing with complex incoming sales enquiries
  • Learning about our portfolio of safety services

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Previous experience in a ‘sales through service’ role
  • A successful track record in achieving objectives and KPIs
  • A positive and determined attitude towards sales goals
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and adaptability to new CRM systems
