We’re searching for a dynamic fleet leader with a proven track record managing large, complex operations (1,000+ vehicles), who combines deep transport legislation expertise with sharp commercial acumen, data‑driven decision making, exceptional people leadership, and the ability to drive performance, compliance and continuous improvement across multi‑million‑pound operations.
Your role as a Fleet Manager at phs Group:
- Lead the end‑to‑end fleet strategy, including acquisition, lifecycle planning, efficiency improvements and sustainability initiatives.
- Manage long‑term replacement programmes to ensure operational readiness, compliance and cost‑effective utilisation.
- Own the fleet budget, controlling spend across vehicles, maintenance, fuel, insurance and compliance while driving cost savings.
- Ensure full compliance with O Licence, DVSA, Health.
