Here at PHS Teacrate, the UK’s leading provider of crates, handling equipment and packaging solutions, we are looking for an exceptional Director of Sales to drive nationwide growth and lead a high‑performing sales team. Moving over 9 million crates every year, we support major sectors including removals, food processing, retail, and fit‑out.
As Director of Sales, you will set and deliver the commercial strategy, lead and develop the internal and external sales teams, and drive profitable year‑on‑year growth. You will manage the national sales pipeline, lead major bids, optimise pricing, and ensure excellent customer retention.
