  • The Electrical Test & Inspection Engineer role at phs Compliance will involve:
  • Carrying out inspection and testing of electrical installations (EICRs)
  • Completing Emergency Lighting Testing, Fire Alarm Inspections, Mains Analysis and Thermal Imaging
  • Undertaking minor remedial repairs as required
  • Completing reports and certification using cloud-based software
  • Ensuring all documentation is submitted accurately and on time

The ideal candidate for an Electrical Test & Inspection Engineer at phs Compliance will have:

  • NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 Part 1 & 2
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition
  • AM2 qualification
  • Experience working in an electrical testing environment
  • Experience with electrical installation or project work
  • Strong understanding of UK Health & Safety regulations
  • Good IT literacy
  • IPAF 3a & 3b licence
  • Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 points)

Desirable

  • Flexibility to work 40 hours per week including evening/twilight shifts
  • Willingness to travel and stay away when required
