Calibration Engineer – Midlands

Based in Tamworth, we plan and schedule nationally for our field-based engineers.

A day in the life of a Calibration Engineer at phs will involve:
- Working in multiple medical environments daily.
- Carrying out the required tests and calibrations on medical devices.
- Completing all relevant reports and certifications associated with your inspection & testing.
- Ensuring all reports and certifications are completed and submitted on time.
The ideal candidate for a Calibration Engineer at phs will have:
- Full UK manual driving license for a minimum of 12 months (subject to insurance requirements), with a maximum of 6 points.
- Clear a fully Enhanced DBS check.
- An understanding of health and safety regulations within the workplace.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to test and calibrate equipment and to provide a service that exceeds customer expectations.
- Be confident to explain to the customer any necessary amendments and adjustments that have been made to the equipment.
