About the Role
Telesales Account Manager – Tamworth
Location: Tamworth. Salary: £26,975.00 base with an OTE of £44,922.00 and uncapped commission. Great hours Monday to Friday with no evenings or weekends.
We are phs Group, a leading hygiene service provider in the UK. We are seeking a polite, reliable person to join our friendly sales team. The role focuses on building rapport with business customers, understanding their needs, and delivering the right solutions.
Responsibilities
- Contact and engage existing business customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Listen to and address queries or cancellations, asking questions to support the customer and retain their business.
- Act as the industry expert for your customers, selling products consultatively across contractual services such as Healthcare, Floorcare, Washrooms and Air-care.
- Account management through inbound calls, emails, and updating records in the CRM.
- Achieve and work towards set targets and KPIs on a daily, weekly, and periodic basis.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Experience in telesales and ability to build rapport with business customers.
- Strong listening, needs assessment, and question-asking skills to provide the right solution.
- Experience selling contractual services and closing sales; organised with a track record of meeting targets.
