Are you a driven new business sales professional with experience in Workwear, PPE, Managed Services, or Industrial Solutions ?
phs Besafe is looking for an ambitious Regional Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This is a genuine 100% new business role , focused on identifying, winning, and onboarding new customers across the manufacturing, construction, and transport sectors.
What You'll Be Doing
- Driving new business growth across your territory.
- Building a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and business development activity.
- Conducting customer site surveys and identifying tailored solutions.
- Advising customers on workwear and PPE compliance requirements.
- Creating and presenting commercial proposals that deliver value and profitability.
- Working closely with operational teams to ensure successful implementation of new contracts.
- Managing opportunities through Salesforce CRM.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in B2B new business sales .
- Experience within workwear, PPE, garment services, managed services, or industrial solutions .
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially astute with a passion for winning new business.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
