Operations Centre Manager responsibilities
- Leading and inspiring depot and field-based teams, creating a culture of accountability, engagement and high performance.
- Driving operational excellence through effective planning, routing and resource utilisation.
- Managing operational challenges and customer escalations, implementing effective solutions quickly and efficiently.
- Leading health, safety and environmental compliance, ensuring the highest operational standards are maintained.
- Owning service delivery, operational leadership experience within depot, logistics, service delivery, transport or field-based environments.
- Experience leading large, diverse teams, including remote and field-based colleagues.
- A track record of improving operational performance and delivering excellent customer outcomes.
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
