The purpose of the role as a Fleet Administrator at phs Group: Fleet Operation, Driver administration and to provide administration support where necessary. Key Tasks: Recording Payment and Appeal of parking fines – arranging driver deductions where necessary. Identifying driver and cost centre on Notice of Intended Prosecutions, updating offence register and returning to issuing authority. Inspecting and vetting of all new drivers’ licences and related documents. Updating driver and vehicle records. Arranging short term hires. Cancelling and ordering fuel cards. Parking and Toll account management. Answering telephone and dealing with general Transport queries. Any other duties as and when required by Manager. The ideal candidate for a Fleet Administrator at phs Group will be: Full and clean driving licence Must have proven ability of working in an environment with close attention to detail. Experience of working to tight deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and adaptability to various bespoke internal systems. Excellent written and presentation skills. A good understanding of the importance of providing good customer service. A polite and patient manner. Able to work on own initiative and can juggle tasks.
