As a Customer Relations Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team working together to resolve customer cancellations efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of customer cases via various channels (telephone, email, letter) Collaborating with Telephone and Field Customer Account Managers to deliver exceptional customer service.
