We’re looking for a highly experienced commercially focused Senior Business Development Manager to join phs Hygiene and play a key role in driving growth across priority sectors. This is a field-based role focused on building pipeline, winning new logo business, and delivering high-value contracts.
The Role: You’ll take ownership of the full sales lifecycle, identifying, engaging and converting large, multi-site opportunities through a consultative, insight-led approach. Working cross-functionally, you’ll deliver tailored, commercially sound solutions that meet customer and ESG objectives.
