Barnsley. You'll be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate warehouse operations while supporting and developing your team to deliver excellent customer service.
The Warehouse Supervisor role at Countrywide will involve
- Lead, motivate, and support the warehouse team.
- Organise daily workloads and monitor productivity and service levels.
- Resolve operational issues including stock discrepancies and order exceptions.
- Manage attendance, performance, and employee wellbeing discussions.
- Support training, induction, and skills development.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, housekeeping, and security.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements.

- The ideal candidate for a Warehouse Supervisor at Countrywide will have:
- Experience leading or coordinating teams within a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or similar environment.
