About The Role

Floorcare Service Driver

Bolton

£12.81 per hour | £26,639 + Bonus (OTE £27,839) per year | 40 hours guaranteed

Permanent | Monday to Friday | No scheduled weekends

The Floorcare Service Driver role at phs will involve:

  • Service customer premises by exchanging used floor mats for clean, replacement mats in line with scheduled routes
  • Complete compliance documentation (digital and paper-based)
  • Deliver professional and courteous customer service
  • Return to the depot each day to unload collected mats and load clean mats in preparation for the next day’s route

Routes and schedules are centrally planned to ensure efficiency, safety and compliance. This is a physically active role suited to someone who prefers being on the move.

The ideal candidate for a Floorcare Service Driver at phs will have:

  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence (held 12+ months)
  • Maximum 6 points (no DR/DD/CD/TT/IN/AC endorsements in last 5 years)
  • Able to work within a 6am–6pm window (40 hours per week)
  • Reliable, safety-conscious and professional
  • Good attention to detail
