About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Part 1 graduate from June this year who is ready to gain professional practical experience as part of their RIBA Part 2 preparation. This placement will provide you with hands-on experience on live projects, developing your technical and professional skills within a supportive, collaborative team.

  • Familiarity with software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the preparation of drawings, specifications, schedules, and presentation materials
  • Assist in site surveys and recording existing buildings or structures
  • Support production of graphics, visuals, models, and documents
  • Carry out administrative tasks related to project documentation
  • Work within Practice procedures, templates, and QA standards
  • Respond to client queries and elevate when needed
  • Research aspects of building design, legislation, and codes of practice
  • Maintain accurate PEDR sheets, CPD records, and timesheets
  • Travel to project sites or other offices when required
