About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Part 1 graduate this year who is ready to gain professional practical experience as part of their RIBA Part 2 preparation. This placement will provide you with hands-on experience on live projects, developing your technical and professional skills within a supportive, collaborative team.

- Students who have completed a RIBA Part 1 course and are seeking their placement year
- Strong design, visualisation, and graphics skills
- Familiarity with software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, works effectively with colleagues

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the preparation of drawings, specifications, schedules, and presentation materials
- Assist in site surveys and recording existing buildings or structures
- Support production of graphics, visuals, models, and documents
- Carry out administrative tasks related to project documentation
- Work within Practice procedures, templates, and QA standards
- Respond to client queries and elevate when needed
- Research aspects of building design, legislation, and codes of practice
- Maintain accurate PEDR sheets, CPD records, and timesheets
- Travel to project sites or other offices when required
