An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Northern Regional Retail Manager to join a growing and highly respected healthcare skincare business with a strong presence across UK pharmacy. This is a fantastic role for someone with a background in pharmacy account management, retail healthcare sales, or OTC brands who is ready to make an immediate impact across the Northern region.

Territory: Northern UK - Birmingham upwards

The Opportunity: You'll take ownership of developing and growing a leading dermatological skincare portfolio within retail pharmacy, working closely with both national pharmacy groups and independent pharmacies. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving commercial performance, strengthening customer relationships, and increasing brand visibility across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and developing pharmacy group and independent pharmacy relationships
  • Driving regional sales growth and expanding distribution opportunities
  • Increasing shelf presence, merchandising, and in-store visibility
