Regional Sales / Account Manager – Teleradiology

πŸ“ Location: South Central UK (Hampshire, Berkshire, Northampton, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, West Sussex, East Dorset)

πŸ’° Competitive Salary (up to Β£45,000 – flex)+ Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits

Key Responsibilities

βœ… Sales Leadership – Drive business growth by promoting comprehensive teleradiology services, including MRI, CT, PET-CT, Mammography, and Neuroradiology reporting.

βœ… Key Account Management – Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand services within existing and new NHS and private healthcare accounts.

βœ… Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including NHS Trusts, imaging department leads, and procurement teams.

βœ… Market Insight & Reporting – Provide regular market intelligence and ensure accurate CRM data management.

What We’re Looking For

πŸ”Ή 1-5 years of Business Development / Account Management experience within healthcare, ideally radiology or medical imaging.

πŸ”Ή Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of winning and managing high-value accounts.

πŸ”Ή Knowledge of NHS procurement processes and experience working with NHS Trusts and independent healthcare providers.

πŸ”Ή Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

πŸ”Ή Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver results under pressure.

πŸ”Ή High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

πŸ”Ή A full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the UK.
