Join Our Team as an Associate Recruitment Consultant!

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit for available positions.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in our recruitment database.
- Assist in the coordination of interviews and communication between candidates and clients.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enjoy talking to people on the phone and via MS Teams
