An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Northern Regional Retail Manager to join a growing and highly respected healthcare skincare business with a strong presence across UK pharmacy. This is a fantastic role for someone with a background in pharmacy account management, retail healthcare sales, or OTC brands who is ready to make an immediate impact across the Northern region.
Territory: Northern UK - Birmingham upwards
The Opportunity: You’ll take ownership of developing and growing a leading dermatological skincare portfolio within retail pharmacy, working closely with both national pharmacy groups and independent pharmacies. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving commercial performance, strengthening customer relationships, and increasing brand visibility across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing pharmacy group and independent pharmacy relationships
- Driving regional sales growth and expanding distribution opportunities
- Increasing shelf presence, merchandising, and in-store visibility
- Supporting promotional campaigns and new product launches
- Delivering product training and education to pharmacy teams
- Using sales data and market insights to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborating with internal commercial and marketing teams to support wider brand strategy
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience within pharmacy account management or healthcare field sales
