Are you a driven and results-focused professional ready to make an impact in the healthcare sector? We’re looking for a Market Access Woundcare Representative to join a leading organisation dedicated to improving patient outcomes and advancing wound care innovation.

About the Role

Covering the North of England (either east or west), you’ll play a key role in ensuring market access and adoption of our advanced wound care portfolio. You’ll work with NHS stakeholders, including formulary teams, procurement, and clinical decision-makers, to build lasting partnerships and deliver strong value propositions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective market access strategies to secure formulary inclusion and funding.
  • Engage with healthcare professionals, payors, and procurement teams to promote evidence-based wound care solutions.
  • Deliver educational support and product training to clinical and commercial partners.
  • Analyse market trends and act on opportunities to grow regional sales and market share.

About You

  • Proven experience in market access, sales, or key account management within the medical device or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong understanding of NHS pathways, commissioning, and formulary processes.
  • Ideally understanding or relevant therapeutic experience (Woundcare, Continence, Stoma, Diabetes etc).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with passion for improving patient outcomes.
