Key Account Manager – Men’s Health | Lancashire/Cumbria/North Yorkshire and the North East
I’m currently partnering with a high-growth, specialist pharmaceutical business to recruit a Regional Account Manager covering Lancashire/Cumbria/North Yorkshire and the NE.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with significant backing and a clear strategy for major growth and potential IPO over the next 5–10 years.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of a specialist territory, working predominantly in secondary care, engaging with:
- Endocrinologists
- Urologists
- Selected GPwSIs (Endocrine/Urology)
This is a highly strategic position involving formulary access, stakeholder engagement, and driving pull-through across your region.
You’ll be working within an established and growing portfolio focused on men’s health, supporting improved outcomes in an underserved therapy area.
- Proven pharma sales experience (ideally secondary care / hospital)
- Strong track record of building relationships with specialists
- Experience with formulary processes and KAM-level selling
- Passion for improving patient outcomes
- Experience in urology, endocrinology, Diabetes or specialist care markets is highly desirable but not essential
- Salary up to £70,000
