Are you a compassionate and dynamic nurse with expertise in stoma or colorectal care? About the Role You will deliver tailored care to patients with or requiring stomas. You’ll act as an expert resource for patients and staff, offering education, support, and guidance to improve patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities : Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized stoma care. Act as a patient advocate, providing education to support informed decision-making. Collaborate with hospital and community teams to ensure seamless care transitions. Deliver training and support to nursing staff on stoma care best practices. Conduct audits and reviews to drive continuous quality improvement. What We’re Looking For : NMC Registered Nurse with proven post-registration experience. Background in stoma or colorectal care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility and a forward-thinking approach to patient care. IT proficiency, including Excel, and the ability to work autonomously. What We Offer : Competitive salary of £36,000 – £40,000 per annum. Monday to Friday 25 days annual leave (rising to 27 days after 5 years) plus 8 bank holidays. Contributory pension scheme and life assurance. Professional membership fees paid (RCN and NMC). Lunch allowance and reimbursed car parking. Employee health and wellbeing assistance.
