Wat houdt deze functie in?
Als Frontend Developer word jij de eerste interne Developer van de organisatie en daarmee ook direct een belangrijke technische sparringpartner voor de oprichters van het bedrijf. Ondanks dat je een van de eerste Developers van het bedrijf bent, val je direct met de neus in de boter. Het SaaS-platform is namelijk eerder ontwikkeld door een externe partij en draait op React, Typescript, PHP en Symfony. Daarnaast staat hun roadmap al vol mooie projecten, waardoor je op voorhand een duidelijk beeld hebt van de uitdagingen waar jij je als Frontend Developer in vast kan bijten.
Een van de belangrijke Frontend-projecten van het bedrijf is de rebranding van het platform en integraties bij klanten. Daarnaast willen ze meer investeren in een stuk customer journey en staat een groot Data- en AI project op de planning.
Als Frontend Developer gaan je werkzaamheden o.a. bestaan uit:
- Verdere doorontwikkeling van Frontend-applicaties en implementeren van componenten (UI);
- Optimalisatie van Frontend-applicaties voor schaalbaarheid, snelheid en snellere reactietijd;
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van nieuwe features met focus op customer journey en performance;
- Deelnemen aan codereviews;
- Bijdragen aan CI/CD-pipelines voor soepele deployments.

Deze Amsterdamse Tech Scale-Up is opgericht in 2021 en bouwt aan een platform dat wereldwijd talent via een compliant payroll-constructie koppelt aan opdrachtgevers. Het idee ontstond vanuit een duidelijke marktbehoefte: arbeidstekorten in Nederland en andere westerse landen, gecombineerd met de opkomst van remote werken. Het team bestaat uit zes mensen (drie founders en drie collega's). De sfeer is ambitieus maar nuchter. Er wordt snel geschakeld, veel besproken en er is volop ruimte voor initiatief.
Wat deze organisatie interessant maakt is dat je instapt op een moment dat er een intern Techteam wordt opgebouwd. Je hebt direct invloed op de architectuur en technische koers. Daarbij begin je niet van meet af aan. Het platform staat al en grote namen in de markt maken al met succes gebruik van hun platform. - Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring als Frontend Developer;
- Ervaring met React, Typescript, RestfulAPI's;
- HBO werk- en denkniveau;
- Zelfstandig, communicatief sterk en in staat om technische keuzes te onderbouwen.

- Salaris tot €5.400 per maand (circa €70.000 per jaar) op basis van 40 uur;
