Fullstack Developer Vastgoed Digitalisering
Ben jij een fullstack developer met passie voor technologie én vastgoeddigitalisering? Wil je werken aan innovatieve oplossingen met drones, laserscanners en 3D-modellen? Lees dan verder.
Wat houdt deze functie in?
Als fullstack developer werk je aan webapplicaties waarin 3D-data wordt omgezet in bruikbare inzichten. Je ontwikkelt aan een vastgoedplatform dat gekoppeld is aan het BAG-register en diverse databronnen combineert. Het platform biedt overzicht in status, historie en onderhoud van vastgoedobjecten. Je programmeert in TypeScript, met Vue.js aan de frontend en Node.js + NestJS aan de backend. Je werkt in een klein team van vier collega’s met Scrum als methodiek, peer reviews en CI/CD pipelines via Git. Projecten lopen langdurig door, dus er is ruimte om echt eigenaarschap te nemen. Je werkt nauw samen met de oprichters, collega-developers én klanten.

Je komt terecht in een dynamische, innovatieve organisatie met een heldere missie: de fysieke wereld digitaliseren. Ze gebruiken drones en laserscanners om realistische 3D-replicas van gebouwen, terreinen en objecten te maken. Deze worden verwerkt in eigen softwareplatforms, waarmee klanten uit sectoren als woningcorporaties en aannemers slimmer kunnen beheren. Het team is klein, professioneel en informeel tegelijk. Dagelijks is er een stand-up, maar verder zijn er weinig vaste meetings. Naast werken is er ruimte voor borrels, uitjes en locatiebezoeken, zoals het uitvoeren van 3D-scans.
Wat wij zoeken..
- Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als developer in een professionele setting
- Bekend met webdevelopment in TypeScript
- Ervaring van specifieke frameworks zoals Node.js of Vue.js is een pré
- Affiniteit met frontend én backend (fullstack mindset)
- Zelfstandig en communicatief
- HBO- of WO-werk- en denkniveau
Wat jij ervoor terugkrijgt..
- Salaris tussen €3.000 en €4.500 bruto per maand op basis van een 40-urige werkweek
- Jaarlijks opleidingsbudget van €400 (uitbreidbaar bij interne cursussen)
