About the Role:
Our Sales team powers customer growth around the world, owning market segments from prospecting to acquisition and activation. They solve complex problems with a sharp, solution-oriented approach.
We are seeking an Integration Specialist to oversee integrations and APIs. You will make recommendations to offer features that elevate our customers' experience. Additionally, you will create technical content demonstrating how customers can implement specific use cases to obtain maximum value.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Understanding merchant requirements, and communicating how Revolut can solve their business and technical challenges.
- Planning and executing integration engineering end to end, from high-level architecture down to code implementation together with our customers.
- Serving as the primary, ongoing technical point of contact for our customers, partners, and Sales team members.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1+ years of experience as an Integration Engineer, Implementation Agent, or Tech Support Agent in a payment provider (such as Stripe, Mollie, Braintree, Paypal, Checkout).
- 1+ years of experience in customer relations/support or sales.
- A relevant university degree.
- Knowledge of PHP, Javascript, and/or Python.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a startup.
- Experience partnering with product teams.
Compensation Range:
Krakow: PLN9,300 - PLN12,400 gross monthly
Poland: PLN9,300 - PLN12,400 gross monthly
Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience.
