We are seeking a Field Laser Engineer/Technician to join our team, traveling throughout the UK and staying in hotels as necessary. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training, full office support, and a commission structure with opportunities for growth over time. While the anticipated working hours align with a standard five-day workweek, flexibility is essential, as hours may vary according to client schedules, with additional hours compensated as appropriate.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on meeting new people, enjoy driving, and appreciate the adventure of traveling to various locations. Overnight hotel stays may be required depending on job assignments.
Your primary objective will be to increase our market share in the UK, ultimately enhancing your income in line with your contributions to growth. As our operations expand and additional engineers are brought on board, they will report to the UK Head Engineer, creating a collaborative commission structure.
