Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Representative with a proven track record, and the ideal person would be a results-driven individual looking to be a high earner. As a Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers, actively engaging in promoting and supporting the sale of our products and services. You will play a key role in identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals. This includes building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and spotting opportunities for growth. You will also contribute to lead generation, sales tracking, and market analysis, often conducting outreach and follow-ups via phone and/or email. By working closely to develop relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, you'll help drive business growth through effective communication and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate sales quotes, following up leads to convert them into successful sales and revenue growth.
  • Re-engage with historic sales leads with a mission to develop renewed interest and create new sales opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing customers through telephone, email, or face-to-face visits or exhibitions.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings or virtual appointments to present solutions and develop business relationships.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal teams and external partners to support the sales process and ensure alignment.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in untapped markets through regular industry research and trend analysis.
  • Monitor sales metrics, sales performance and assess current strategies to identify areas for improvement and implement new approaches where and when needed.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to network, generate leads, and stay informed on market trends.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with building customer relationships, maintaining.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes from lead generation to closing with a keen focus on customer engagement and relationship building.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across various channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing consistent follow-up and support.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools to track leads, opportunities, and performance.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track sales metrics, evaluate trends, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Familiar with market research and competitor analysis to support new business development.
  • Willingness to attend exhibition shows or visits.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using smartphones and digital technologies to enhance communication.
  • Adept at using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and data.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategy, product demonstration and sales reports.
  • Public speaking skills.
  • Background in photography, printing, or related creative industries.
