We’re looking for an experienced and technical Senior SEO & GEO/AEO Strategist to join the team. You’ll help us grow our organic visibility and strengthen our presence in key markets by driving smart, impactful SEO and GEO-focused search initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Expand our global organic visibility across generative search engines by making our platform easy to find, understand, and choose.
  • Work alongside an SEO Manager who leads core search initiatives, focusing on advancing technical, AI-driven, and GEO/AEO search capabilities.
  • Scale global organic search as a core growth channel across emerging AI/LLM ecosystems (e.g., Google AI Overview, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Mistral).
  • Develop and execute an advanced SEO/AEO strategy, including programmatic, technical, and intent-driven content initiatives.
  • Design structured, machine-readable content experiences that surface across AI-generated summaries, conversational search results, and featured snippets.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Content, Product, Enterprise, and Engineering to ensure all digital experiences are search-optimized and technically sound.
  • Build GEO monitoring, automation, dashboards, and performance systems to track KPIs across global markets.

Qualifications

  • You are data-driven.
  • Strong analytical skills with deep experience in technical auditing and performance analysis using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Log File Analyzers, Screaming Frog, Datadog, Profound.
  • Ability to translate complex technical SEO, GEO/AEO, and crawl/indexation insights into clear, actionable recommendations for product, engineering, and content teams.
  • Skilled at detecting emerging patterns in technical data: crawl behavior, rendering issues, Core Web Vitals shifts, schema performance, competitive SERP changes, and LLM-driven discovery mechanics.
  • Structured, experiment-driven approach with controlled tests, measurement frameworks, clear hypotheses to validate technical optimizations, and the ability to design or test AI-driven automations where relevant.

About You

  • Deep passion for LLMs, AI, SEO, and data with curiosity for how generative technologies drive impactful search strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to simplify technical concepts for non-experts.
  • Strong grasp of technical foundations for AI SEO, including structured data, schema, AI crawlers, semantic search, embeddings, and content optimization for generative engines.
  • Highly self-motivated, curious, detail-oriented, and committed to driving measurable growth.
  • Adapt to working in highly collaborative, product-led environments.
  • Ability to build scalable processes, documentation, and internal playbooks.
  • Growth mindset with enthusiasm for experimenting in evolving search ecosystems.
