Photon Pay is building the institutional layer of a fiat- and stable coin-enabled global payment architecture.

We operate across both regulated payment rails and digital asset infrastructure, with a multi-jurisdiction operational footprint and direct exposure to real cross-border flows.

The stable coin payment infrastructure space is moving from fragmentation toward consolidation.

Established networks are integrating dedicated infrastructure capabilities, and demand is shifting from product novelty to durable, regulated, and scalable rails.

The institutional architecture being built now will shape the next phase of cross-border money movement β€” and this role sits at the centre of how Photon Pay positions itself in that transition.

We are seeking a high-impact, execution-focused BD to originate, negotiate, structure, and launch institutional partnerships across stable coin issuers, digital asset infrastructure providers, and the fiat networks that bridge into the

  • Core Missions
  • 1. Lead Strategic Commercial Engagement

Lead the commercial engagement lifecycle for enterprise and platform customers.

Identify customer opportunities, validate suitability, design scalable commercial solutions and drive the adoption of Photon Pay's core MVP offerings, including:

  • Multi Assets Wallets as Stable coin + Fiat as one piece
  • Global Card Issuing as Stable coin native
  • Treasury & Embedded Payment Solutions
  • 2. Orchestrate Solution Delivery

Coordinate internal stakeholders throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

Work closely with Product, Financial Institution, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Risk teams to ensure efficient execution across:

  • KYC / KYB onboarding
  • Banking & payment rail setup
  • Commercial structuring
  • Pricing & negotiations
  • Internal approvals

Ensure customer solutions are delivered efficiently, commercially and operationally.

3. Own Strategic Customer Relationships

Take full commercial ownership of your portfolio of enterprise customers.

Deliver a 360-degree relationship management approach focused on

  • Revenue growth

Act as the primary commercial representative for your customers throughout their lifecycle.

4. Drive Product & Market Evolution

Continuously identify new customer requirements, market opportunities and emerging use cases.

  • Translate customer insights into structured recommendations that improve:
  • Product capabilities
  • Commercial propositions
  • Future roadmap priorities

Become the voice of the customer within Photon Pay.

5. Safeguard Commercial Execution

Act as the first line of risk governance, by proactively identifying risks throughout the customer lifecycle.

Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure every solution is commercially viable, operationally executable and aligned with Photon Pay's regulatory and risk management standards.

Balance commercial growth with sustainable risk management and operational excellence.
