Photon is seeking an Operating Model and Change Lead to define and govern the model needed to deliver the R&D Digital strategy. You will shape roles, responsibilities, decision rights, governance forums and value tracking across R&D, Digital Technology, Data & Analytics, and Product Lifecycle. You translate strategy into practical operating mechanisms that can be funded, adopted and sustained, working with multiple functions to mobilise priority roadmaps and ensure changes are embedded into the organisation.
